New villa of 2026 for 9 people, located in a place called "la gibertière" near the beach of La Gautrelle (10 min by bike), supervised beach in summer, cycle path in front of the house to reach all sectors of the island, shops in SAINT-PIERRE-D'OLERON 10 min (supermarket, gas station..), 5 min from SAINT-GEORGES-D'OLERON further north, and 10 min from BOYARD VILLE to the south
Central location, spacious, bright and pleasant villa
On the first floor a large living room with lounge area and TV, large dining table, equipped kitchen (large fridge with freezer part, oven, induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, senseo coffee maker and filter coffee maker), pantry with washing machine then a night area with a first bedroom with a 140 bed and a second bedroom with a 160 bed + TV, each with a dressing room, shower room with walk-in shower and a sink, separate toilet
