About this house rental
Very nice house with 400m² garden, ideal for families. BBQ available, closed garage, all equipment available (washing machine, line dryer).
The house has 7 beds:
- 1 bedroom with double bed (160x200)
- 1 mezzanine bedroom with double bed (160X200)
- 1 children's room with 3 bunk beds
Separate bathroom, with Italian shower and double sink. Separate toilets. The main room has a fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, dining room and sofa.
The 2 outdoor terraces equipped with large dining tables allow you to enjoy the sun, and eat outside according to the different sunshine. The outdoor terrace is equipped with a large BBQ and is sheltered by an awning.
The house is located on a private road, very quiet, allowing direct access to the sandy Vineyard beach through the dunes.
The house is close to shops, you can also take advantage of the Dolus market (5 minutes by car or bicycle). A few km from La Cotinière, you can go eat ice cream or buy your fresh fish.

Notre arrivée s’est très bien passée, nadine est très gentille.
Nous avons regrettés que le ménage effectués par les prédécesseurs ne soient pas mieux effectué… mais l’emplacement, l’ordonnancement des chambres et son accès direct plage, vous fait tout oublié ! Même le camping avec nuisance jusqu’a minuit.
Le propriétaire est très reactif et joignable. Je le remercie pour le parasol en cette période de canicule, il a été très utile.
Je recommande vivement cette maison, si vous êtes entres amis c’est ideal ! Chacun son espace nuit et salle d’eau c’est top!
Bon sejour aux prochains !

Tres chouette maison. Très agréable. Le chemin privé à la mer est en fait un chemin privé à la rue, la description n’est donc pas fausse mais un peu trompeuse. La literie (couvre-lits et couettes) n’est pas ou ne donne pas l’impression d’être propre. La maison est bien équipée

Nous avons passé un excellent weekend en famille (comme souvent à Oleron) mais cette fois-ci la location était parfaite. Très bien décorée et équipée, l’emplacement est également parfait proche de la plage et au calme. L’accueil fut également très agréable. Nous gardons cette adresse très précieusement et y retournerons
