Location was good , difficult to maneuver , stairways dangerous and narrow up to unit from street and in apt to upstairs

No elevator 3 floors up “ the 30 E URO KIT ? Paid but really did not see any extras ? Kitchen is upstairs , main floor is a bedroom bathroom toilet , Difficult to get luggage upstairs from street.Asked to empty garbage , strip linen , do dishes, or else , check out at 10 Am and at 10 am someone had been to the door and called .

The location is super. You can not ask for more. The hosts were awesome. The place is super cosy and the beds were great. Will definately be back.

If I was to book again, I would find somewhere with more light

The property location was superb and the communication with Lola was good

The property was the studio and is dark like a basement. The only light from a top kitchen window. It was very dusty and floor needed washing as our feet were dirty when first walking on it. I used baby wipes to clean the floor. It only had a sofa bed which I had not realised and was very uncomfortable especially for a 6 day stay. The shower was broken which Lola advised had just happened and was the last guests who did it, and didn’t affect the functionality. It actually did affect the functionality because it could not be height adjusted.

Overall, this is a great place to stay in Cassis, and you will be so happy to have the parking spot!

Since driving and parking in Cassis is nightmarish, the fact this property includes a secure parking space makes it stand out! The apartment is in a terrific location in a very walkable town, so you can park your car and walk everywhere until you depart. The living area in the apartment is quite comfortable and kitchen has all the basics.

The bedroom is a tight fit due to size of bed and size of the room, but bed quite comfortable. The bathroom is small and the toilet placed so a tallish man can't stand up :-)

Just 4 minutes to the sea. The stuff was really nice and the apartment was comfy and clean. There is a kitchen with everything you need and a comfortable bed.

Beds we're not very comfortable. Bed linens were an extra charge. Host did not have an efficient way to accommodate non-French speakers.

The lokation in the center of Cassis is wonderful. The small terrace is very nice with sea view. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Would be nice if more basic necesseties were available, like dishwashing liquid, salt, dishtowels etc. It is a bit annoying that we have to purchase that for maybe two overnight stays. A couple of cushions for the sun lungers would be nice.

Disappointed that there was no outdoor space with this apartment while there were photos of it on Booking.com. Apparently there are multiple apartments, of which only one has the outdoor space.

Apartment served its purpose for a couple of nights, but without natural light and small size once the sofa bed is down it would be uncomfortable to stay longer.

Very good localisation

The location was very good, very close to the port. Flat looks new, recently renovated. Nice facilities, equipped kitchen, sofa bed. Perfect stay for a weekend.

The floor was not too clean, there is basiclly no window ( a small one in the kitchen). Cause of that the appartment seems dark. Also, we didn't get any toilet paper.

Weekend sportif sur Cassis

Appartement bien agencé, à 50m du port dans une ruelle calme. Accès aux plages, calanques, commerces sans utiliser de voiture. Nous avons apprécié le parking proposé car les places sont rares et/ou chères sur Cassis. Nous recommandons cet appartement 😉

Les escaliers pour accéder à l'appartement et au duplex sont un peu raides, on se muscle les mollets avant les calanques ..

Cassis, une ville à découvrir, mais pour le logement je ne conseille pas le "Mistral Gagnant"

Emplacement du studio (près du port)

Studio en sous-sol, il ne faut pas être claustrophobe ... Impossible de fermer la porte d'entrée à clé (signalé, sans réaction). Le service de conciergerie n'est ni visible, ni joignable par téléphone (peut-être s'agit-il d'un IA ?). Une caution est réclamée, mais pas d'état des lieux. Les prestations optionnelles (garage, location de linge) doivent être payées en espèces, ce qui évite sûrement de les déclarer.

Séjour magnifique dans les calanques et situation idéale

Emplacement idéal sur le port de Cassis, avec place de parking qui facilite les sorties ! Logement très propre et bien équipé

Petit point faible pour le lit avec un matelas pas très épais… Ça nous a pas empêché de bien nous reposer quand même !

Super Lage, ruhig, einfacher Check in und sicherer Parkplatz in einer eigenen Garage. Ausstattung sehr gut

Ich schätze mal, dass es aufgrund der Erdgeschoss Lage mit wenig Fenstern und Altbau etwas muffig gerochen hat. Lüftungen waren aber überall installiert.

E' stato un bellissimo soggiorno

La posizione era ottima e la cosa positiva era avere un garage anche se non vicino alla casa. Ma la distanza a piedi era anche piacevole.

poco ricambio d'aria in casa, buio. Nel kit di biancheria per la casa mancava la tovaglia e magari un asciugamano in più a testa
