The location, just in front of the castle. Big room, very convenient double-side bad.
With very little effort, the stay would be much better - example the shower is throwing the water in a way everything water is mostly lost. The property could be more proactive with its restaurant.

Comfortable and soft bed,
Good location for visiting the Belogradchik rocks and castle,
There's a terrace,
You can park your car in front of the hotel free of charge,
Warm room,
Soft carpet.
Overall not bad for a 1-2 night stay considering the good location.
The staff at the restaurant charged my foreign friend way too much than the actual price for a bottle of water and a coffee,
The bathroom floor was very slippy,
Bad wi-fi connection.

Friendly staff, good location, nice views!
There is no restaurant and no breakfast, although it was mentioned! It is hard to find a coffee shop nearby on Sunday!
Towels in the bathroom are too small!
The hotel definitely needs some renovation!
