De schoonmaakster heeft ons hartelijk ontvangen wat een aardige dame, ondanks dat we niet konden spreken hebben we toch onze manier gevonden om te communiceren en een praatje proberen te maken, ze heeft ons goed geholpen, de liggen en de locatie zelf zijn top ! We hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad en het rook lekker in de kamers. En een prachtig klein tuintje waar we even van konden genieten.

De wifi deed het niet

Friendly staff who let us check in a little early. Room was clean and beds comfortable. Off-street parking possible which was appreciated. Quiet but we were the only guests at the time. Minimal English spoken but enough to communicate OK. Shared refrigerator in hallway. WIFI worked well. Nice garden. We were visiting during a festival which was fun but a bit difficult to find food as shops and restaurants were mostly closed. Do not miss Belogradchik.

We had not realized the room would be in the garden level which meant the linens were a little damp and windows were at street level so no real view. While walkable distance to the center, it is a bit far from the fortress area with many steep downs and ups!

The room was very comfortable, thoughtfully designed, and sparkling clean. The garden was wonderful and cozy, and the host was very kind.

However, on the second day, it became very noisy. It seemed that other guests had arrived, and the peace and quiet were gone. Not only were the doors very thin, so we could hear everyone in the hallway, but there was also a terrible noise throughout the day and night. It sounded like water rushing through the pipes, but it was extremely loud. It woke both me and my child several times during the night, as well as in the afternoon.

It was very close to the sports hall and the restaurant.

Bathroom wasn’t in the room. It was across the hall.
