Everything about our stay was wonderful! ❤️ I would like to say a huge thank you to the amazing lady at the reception (I don't know her name, but she was one of the kindest hotel employees I have ever met). She helped us with absolutely everything we needed, always with a smile. The room was very clean, cozy and even had a small balcony, which we were not expecting and it made us so happy. The bathroom was excellent, spaaarkling and even taking a shower felt relaxing because everything was so clean and well maintained. We had fresh towels for both body and face, and everything was shining. Even the public restrooms near the restaurant were exceptionally clean, and there were enough of them so guests never had to wait. We also had breakfast at the hotel restaurant, in the garden, among the green bushes and trees and it was soooo good. Three people had a delicious breakfast for only €25. The food was fresh, tasty, and served very quickly. The restaurant staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. they seemed to know what we needed before we even asked. A very special thank you again to the receptionist for arranging such a trustworthy and professional taxi driver for us. She even spoke with him beforehand and asked him to take good care of us. He truly did. He took us to the incredible Belogradchik Rocks, waited patiently for about three hours while we explored and took photos, and then, on his own initiative, showed us another beautiful nearby place without charging anything extra. We paid €80 in total for both directions, and it was absolutely worth it. If you stay here, I highly recommend visiting the Belogradchik Rocks - they are breathtaking and, in my opinion, the main attraction of the area. That would make the stay absolutely perfect.

We didn't like the restaurant 😕 the price was high and the plates was extremely small. Also the staff could me more kind.
