We loved everything! We visit the hotel for the second time and we will be back again for sure. Beautiful design, comfortable rooms, friendly staff and great location. One of the best hotels we have been in Bulgaria.
Nothing to say here. The hotel is exceptional in any way. We recommend it to anyone who wants a quiet, calm, comfortable stay in Vidin. We loved the art that surrounded us everywhere and was so beautiful!

the location is excellent
it’s dated/ our bathroom had mold and water damage and overall was not clean/ our room was exceptionally loud as well (noise from the parking lot and the restaurant/ breakfast ) staff was also rude breakfast - very limited choices and not sufficient amount of food for the number of guests, by the time we got there (9:15ish) the plates were nearly empty and never refilled
