Location is great. Staff is very friendly. Room was very clean and big. Building and decoration were awesome.
Furniture is already well used and needs maintenance. Breakfast was very, very poor as diversity and quantity. Bathroom has see through door.

This is a prime location for Vidin. The hotel is affordable and breakfast is included.
There are no amenities such as a gym. However, you can go for a run in the park next to the Danube river.

The best thing about the hotel is its location and the staff at the reception. They were very helpful and accomodating.
Even though the staff cleans the rooms every day and changes the towels, overall the rooms are poorly maintained. There is mold in the room, in the air-conditioning, and in the bathroom. The paint is peeling off in numerous places in the room and in the bathroom. We coffee table has broken legs. The cabinet and the frame of the mirror in the bathroom are also broken. It is unfortunate that the management does not take care of these issues as the hotel has a great potential.
