Perfect location, large rooms with great view, and friendly helpful staff

Sadly the outdoor pool and area was closed (will open end of May). The room's loggia was more like an additional small room than a balcony-like outdoor seating area, and the shower only had a fixed albeit nicely large overhead showerhead.

Great location, great view, nice and clean, friendly staff, nice breakfast.

Ресторанта беше затворен,тъй като имаше частно парти.Наложи се да вечеряме извън хотела.Водата в големия басейн беше студена.

The location, the million dollar view, the parking. The breakfast was also ok when the coffee machine worked

We were in the VIP two-bedroom apartment but it was one open space area with two king size beds in the two ends - no doors between the 'bedrooms'. Cleaning could be better especially in the bathroom. Soap and shampoo were the lowest quality possible, towels as well. Room cleaning was in strange hours so the first day none came until the evening and I had to go to reception to ask for toilet paper. The minibar is empty, no room service, no massages, no restaurant for lunch. One afternoon there was no water and I had to ask what is going on. They didn't address it in any way or show any regrets. It was not 4 star experience except for the bill which was asked upfront. For half the price and lower expectations it would be OK but I won't go back
