Хотел "Скалите", Skalite Hotel

room and view was 10/10. The location is absolutely amazing and one of the property's biggest selling points. Breakfast was decent, with enough to start the day off right. The room itself was a 10/10, and the view was absolutely outstanding — definitely a highlight of the stay.

Unfortunately, the overall experience felt like a property that had seen its best days come and go. Many of the additional amenities and services advertised were either unavailable or not being provided, which was disappointing given the expectations they The property felt like a place that had seen its best days come and go. The front desk staff seemed uninterested and showed little effort to provide a welcoming or hospitable experience.

Good facilities, good food.

Hotel had a musty smell to it, it could do with a good airing. Mixed view on the staff, some very friendly some somewhat miserable.

Staff was lovely and very helpful, and communication before arrival was also excellent. We messaged the hotel a few times ahead of our visit and responses were always prompt and informative. The studio room comes with two separate bedrooms (one double and 1 single) and that is great for families but also if traveling with friends where you prefer a bit of extra space. The views from the room were beautiful and the location is perfect! The cafe, spa and restaurant are also very convenient.

The A/C in our room was a little bit noisy but not enough to disturb sleep. There is a kettle and cups in the room, but no coffee or tea packets so keep that in mind, and the lift is on the smaller side so if you are visiting as a family with multiple bags (and or strollers) you may need two trips. All minor things though.

The property is outdated

The location and the views from the property are nice
