Excellent location with an amazing view of Skaklya Waterfall, which can be enjoyed directly from the rooms. The staff were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The restaurant was also a great experience, offering attentive service, delicious food, and beautifully presented dishes. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return!
The minibar was empty, and it would have been a nice touch to have at least a bottle of water provided in the room.

The AC didn’t work. had to open a window to cool off the room. there was some type of party with loud music and then some furniture moving until 2 pm.
