Roseland House

As serviced apartments, almost everything had been thought of. The room was simply decorated, but recently refurbished. The bed linen and bath towels were spotlessly clean and ironed. I only saw the staff getting ready to leave the property at check in, and they were helpful and friendly.the house is in a good, residential area on a hill with views. It is within walking distance of the town and marina. And there are laundry facilities, if needed. A nice, outdoor space on grass at the back.There was also a big TV in the communal kitchen/diner, cooking facilities and a fridge.

The common kitchen/diner, including sofa and table and chairs were, as might be said, were well in use. In my room, there was a floor to ceiling panel that resembled a pinboard.

Great location and room was as expected. The water pressure was very low making showering a chore. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

Clean. Great location. Great communication. Towels and bedding lovely. Shared kitchen great.

Room 6: Bed inaccessible from one side as against wall. No bedside table. Unable to open windows overnight as they open without restraint and room on ground floor. Kitchen a bit ‘tired’.

Door rattles in frame every time the front door was open or closed, which went on too late. I suggest using a rubber seal to absorb this.

Bed was uncomfortable, no air in room wad very hot night. I suggest adding a foam topper to mattress. Television was way too small to be used.
