Great facilities, good sized rooms. Very clean and comfortable. Information about the location and access (door codes) communicated clearly in a timely way.
On site parking a real bonus.

Really clean place, easy to access without any staff required, ample parking and a lovely shower with free tea and coffee provided, a fridge freezer, complimentary towels, hairdryer and a TV.

Location and the ease of booking and getting information about access
People slamming doors totally unnecessary.
Each room had a slide to shut.
Easy if considerate.

Door rattles in frame every time the front door was open or closed, which went on too late. I suggest using a rubber seal to absorb this.
Bed was uncomfortable, no air in room wad very hot night. I suggest adding a foam topper to mattress. Television was way too small to be used.
