Firstly, we had a very warm welcome from the owner, Andy. The property was very clean, beautifully decorated and had all the facilities you could wish for. The breakfasts were really lovely with plenty of choice. The bedroom was very comfortable and the shower was spacious.
There was nothing I didn’t like about this property.

Location perfect, room very roomy and comfortable, all spaces exceptionally clean and well maintained. The host family was exceptional in every way, going well beyond the norm to make our stay enjoyable. Thank you!

This was a classic British bed and breakfast. The hosts were very hospitable, going out of their way to make us feel welcome. The breakfasts were large, varied and delicious. The homemade marmalades were terrific! The town train station is under a mile away and reachable by a lovely paved walking trail as well as city streets.
The location could have been slightly better. It was a bit of a hill climb from town but not terrible.
