Good location, cocktails from bar were decent, friendly service from staff on check in
Spa was a little basic and disappointing. Rooms really need upgrading including new carpets in rooms and hallways. Breakfast service staff were a little slow

From the moment we were greeted on our arrival to the moment we checked out, we were treated exceptionally. The staff were professional and friendly, helping with our requests. The rooms were spotless and the bed was comfy. The breakfast had something for everyone and the spa facilities were lovely. The garden was an added bonus. We would love to stay again

Room was nice and clean. Breakfast was lovely.
We ordered small plates for our dinner and they were extremely expensive for what we got. Lucky we weren’t hungry as the amount of food was very small and the bill was higher than a lot of lovely meals for two we got during our travels. Stale bread was delivered to our table and when we questioned it the staff weren’t too pleased. 3 slices of ham came for 12 pounds. This was unacceptable to be honest.
