Five-night stay with cold, unwelcoming staff and disappointing rigidity, including a €25 charge for just one hour of lat

Just the location!

We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and unfortunately the experience did not meet expectations. The staff’s attitude throughout our stay felt cold and unwelcoming, which made the atmosphere uncomfortable. At the end of our stay, we requested a one-hour late check-out. Considering we had stayed for five nights, we expected at least a small degree of flexibility. Instead, we were charged €25 for just one additional hour. While we understand that hotels may have policies regarding late check-out, a more guest-oriented approach would have been appreciated, especially for longer stays. Overall, the lack of warmth and flexibility left a disappointing final impression.

Short stay to shop at Roermond!

Good location, near many eateries along the canal. Family rooms which sleeps us plus 2 teenager daughters each with single bed is great.

Gym will be a nice addition.

Great location and stylish hotel but breakfast was underwhelming

Unbeatable location — literally next to the train station. You can walk out the door and be on the platform in seconds. Stylish, spacious rooms with a great design and a comfortable feel. Room amenities like a fridge and overall high-quality furnishings. Pleasant ambience throughout the hotel, with a calm and elegant atmosphere. Beautiful breakfast room, adding to the hotel’s upscale vibe.

Breakfast was underwhelming — only hot options were scrambled eggs and hard-boiled eggs. Felt too simple for a hotel of this standard and price point. Mismatch between setting and offering — the elegant breakfast area raised expectations that weren’t met by the food selection.

The only good thing is the location . Everything else is mediocre

Location is amazing

Very poor breakfast. Very cheap toiletries at all, just one small soap that they don’t even put on daily basis. Plus a fixed shower gel & shampoo. House keeping leaves the room dirty everyday.

Only the location of the hotel was good. Breakfast is not very good but ok

First of all, the middle-aged officer at the hotel reception was extremely rude and grumpy. He had an attitude of creating difficulties instead of finding solutions. He had an attitude that kept you on your toes and watched over you throughout your stay. In general, the staff at the hotel were not friendly, helpful or hospitable at all. There were blood stains on the sheets of the bed. The toilet seat was very yellow... In short, it is a hotel I will never choose in my future visits. Pity your money...
