Short stay to shop at Roermond!

Good location, near many eateries along the canal. Family rooms which sleeps us plus 2 teenager daughters each with single bed is great.

Gym will be a nice addition.

Great location and stylish hotel but breakfast was underwhelming

Unbeatable location — literally next to the train station. You can walk out the door and be on the platform in seconds. Stylish, spacious rooms with a great design and a comfortable feel. Room amenities like a fridge and overall high-quality furnishings. Pleasant ambience throughout the hotel, with a calm and elegant atmosphere. Beautiful breakfast room, adding to the hotel’s upscale vibe.

Breakfast was underwhelming — only hot options were scrambled eggs and hard-boiled eggs. Felt too simple for a hotel of this standard and price point. Mismatch between setting and offering — the elegant breakfast area raised expectations that weren’t met by the food selection.

The only good thing is the location . Everything else is mediocre

Location is amazing

Very poor breakfast. Very cheap toiletries at all, just one small soap that they don’t even put on daily basis. Plus a fixed shower gel & shampoo. House keeping leaves the room dirty everyday.

Only the location of the hotel was good. Breakfast is not very good but ok

First of all, the middle-aged officer at the hotel reception was extremely rude and grumpy. He had an attitude of creating difficulties instead of finding solutions. He had an attitude that kept you on your toes and watched over you throughout your stay. In general, the staff at the hotel were not friendly, helpful or hospitable at all. There were blood stains on the sheets of the bed. The toilet seat was very yellow... In short, it is a hotel I will never choose in my future visits. Pity your money...

stay away dirty room rude staff not 4 star at all

first of all the staff : when i arrived there was no one in reception and i was told to wait till 3 oclock for the receptionist to arrive .. she arrived at 3 .. she was very rude when asking about my documents and credit card .. we took the key drop our luggage and return back to her asking about the suite size because it looked smaller than the discription in booking .. she was very rude and arrogant and told me ( i dont have a metre to measure ) i told her the issue is not about u im asking about the size described in booking .. again she said ( what you want me to do ) in a very rude way i told her again the issue is not abt u .. then she and her colleage talked in their language and laughed alot !! second this there was insects in the room .. third thing we asked for slippers from the same lady later and she said we dont have also in a very rude way .. she was very rude in a disgusting way .. last thing empty mini bar and not even a single welcome water .. people will pay if its needed dont worry about that .. very bad stay be away from this hotel .. its a 2 or 3 stars hotel
