The location is ideal and in the centre. Walking distance from the central train station and all major historical sites. Restaurants and delicious breakfast at Impero bar just across the street. The street is closed to traffic. Safe for a single woman. There is no reception but customer service is great and it made me feel I was supported at all times. The rooms are modern, clean.

Location being very central
That we weren't told about the tram works right outside, have hardly slept.
No coffee in the room or milk.
Could not get air conditioning to come on.
Pillows were awful
