Would rather add additional money to stay somewhere clean and more comfortable

The apartment is super close to the beach and only a 1 minute walk, if even, from the town of Bundoran. At night, the area was quiet and the apartment was easy to find.

Unfortunately for our stay the property hadn’t been cleaned properly. We arrived at check in and found that the floors in the apartment were soaking wet, so much so that we questioned whether there was a leak. The apartment smelt damp and the bathroom had a damp smell in it for our whole weekend. The kitchen had not been cleaned, mirrors in the apartment were all stained and many of the kitchen utensils were not cleaned. Also some kitchen equipment that I would feel is basic like egg cups or an egg spatulas were not present. In the bathroom, the shower curtain was hanging off and, the shower head itself was tiny and the bath sealant was lifting. We didn’t feel that we could use the shower due to the sealant and damp smelling issues. Bed sheets were clean however mattresses were not. Other people’s belongings were in the apartment including children’s clothes in the drawers and a cigarette. In defence of the owner with regards the cleanliness issues, the owner was able to explain that there had been an issue with the cleaning staff and did bring around extra towels but really this shouldn’t have been the case. In terms of parking, there is parking available at a minor cost of €3 per day for the street parking, unfortunately the apartment car park required a remote to work the gate. The apartment itself also leads right onto a public walkway which may cause privacy issues for some people.

Location was fantastic 👌 right beside both the beach and the town Lovely quite area at night Welcome basket was a lovely touch especially the addition of washing tablets and dishwasher tablets Box of lego and lego table kept the kids entertained for the little while we were in the apartment Great to have a clothes horse available for wet clothes We would definitely book again for our next stay

Cosy apartment in central location

This was a lovely apartment that met all our needs.Communication from owner was brilliant with details in where to park etc before we arrived. The welcome bottle of wine and tea coffee and sugar were appreciated along with dishwasher and laundry tabs We were on a fairly active break so in and out all day but it was a really comfy spot and quiet.We all slept brilliantly and the beds were super cosy. Lots of lovely touches like books for all ages and boardgames provided. It is a 2 minute walk to main street and just in front of the funfair and waterworld so a great location. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

Great stay, amazing location

Best location in all the places I have stayed in bundoran. Well equipped for everything you would need. Hosts highly attentive and replied very quickly. Would absolutely recommend. Beds were surprisingly comfortable! Extras that were included (and appreciated) were wifi, Netflix, washing machine, games, welcome box.

Great place to stay wish it was longer

It was close to beach and amusements. Very convenient. Landlord is easy to contact if required. Landlord left welcome pack for me arriving which I found very thoughtful and considerate. Heating was easy to put on, landlord had left dvds and games for us as well as loads of tv channels.

the interior and decor is wonderful! the location is perfect literally a minute walk to the beach. even the bottle of Prosecco was very nice.

the only issue with the property was that the fire alarm was very very temperamental it goes off for the littlest reasons.

Wonderful place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay in Coral Cove. The apartment was lovely, specious and very nice decorated. Loved every detail, there was a bottle of prosecco and a pack of shortbread biscuits on the table as a welcome gift, very sweet gesture from the owners. It was in a great location and only a few minutes away from the seaside. We would definitely go back.
