Disappointing. The apartment needs WIFI or a decent size TV that has channels to watch.

The location is perfect to the amusements, swimming pool, park and beach.

The apartment is extremely basic. I was on holidays with 3 kids and there was no available WIFI for their devices when we were in the apartment. The TV in the living area is tiny and the signal is terrible for the majority of channels making it unwatchable. The bedsheets had an awful smell of damp. There was no plug for the kitchen sink making washing the dishes more difficult than need be.

We were in no 48 we had several steps to take before we got to appartment. No lift. Charged for cot which was broken. Mold in bathroom. No Internet

Location

Good location and close to every thing. But the apartment was extremely dirty, stains on the bed sheets and there was bugs and small clear eggs on the bed in the main bedroom which we then never used during the stay , 4 of us had to stay in one room. In that bedroom there was a mat on the floor which looked like someone had went to the toilet or vomited on it, we couldn’t take our shoes off. There was a chips from the previous guest lying in the corner. Random bits of questionable things stuck round the walls in all the rooms. The leather sofas were bogging had to wipe them with baby wipes before sitting on them and the wipes where black, almost went through a full packet

Very disappointing.

The property company asked for a bank card to hold a security deposit when we were checking in. We were informed that this was a formality and now €300 has been taken from my husbands account in a pending capacity. This was actually removed. How is this correct procedure. It is now four days since we checked out and the money has still not been restored to the bank account. This is completely unfair as we paid the cost of stay well in advance and in full. We have stayed in many many properties and this has never happened before. It is very unprofessional and seem illegal. The apartment was sold as a sea-view with balcony and due to this was more expensive. On arrival there was a sea-view and balcony but this was unable to be opened. Again so disappointing. The TV in the apartment did not work at all. Very very disappointed and disgusted by the facilities and treatment of secure customers monies. I feel this company should look after their customers.

Not worth the money

It was a nice enough location, staff were friendly

You had to go to the other side of the town for check in which was very inconvenient. You have to pay for parking during your stay. It's not family friendly at all, eg. The tv we had was tiny and barely had any channels, we got the top floor anf had to drag our cases and young children up 5 flights of concrete stairs to get to our apartment, and the same going home. The washing machine was taken out of our apartment so we had to travel to the next town to wash clothes (i was told there were washing machines in all the apartments). It was a nice enough view but very noisy as its right in front of the kids adventure park. You're not allowed to smoke even out on the balcony, meaning every time we wanted to smoke we had to walk up and down 5 flights of concrete stairs and go out the gate to the main road. The place wasn't the cleanest and the beds very so uncomfortable. It was very cold and the heating would not work and all the radiators seemed to be faulty. Not great with two small kids staying there. Definitely not worth the money or the hype. Won't be staying here again.

The overall comfort and quality was fine, but relatively low quality. The overall place is due a renovation with a new bathroom would go a long way towards making the space smell better and feel cleaner. It is similar to a well cleaned student flat. That being said, apartment looked directly out onto the amusements and Bundoran beach our daughter absolutely loved it.

Great location, very convenient for everything. Apartment suited our needs. Everything was as advertised. Nice clean apartment with all the functionality needed for self catering including a fully adequate supply of cutlery, towels, linen etc.

Relatively small things: the water had kindly been switched on before we arrived but because we weren't aware of this, it got uncomfortably hot. We were there during a hot spell and the heating still came on at night, making it very hot. Would have been nice to have WIFI. Access to the free secure parking in the complex would also have been nice.

The location was excellent, perfect for holiday with kids. Apartment clean, tidy and comfortable. Apartment has lots of appliances, washing machine, hoover etc. Enjoyed our stay.

Friday night there was a lot of noise from a party in another apartment. The gate into apartment complex bangs loudly every time someone comes in or out.

Great Value No-Frills Apartment, but BEWARE of the noise from the Amusements daily 1p.m -10p.m

This was a lovely 2-bed apartment. Although it was a little dated with old furniture and fittings etc.., our 3 children loved it! For the price we paid at peak season, I thought it represented good value. Also, the apartment was pet-friendly, which is great.

The main thing I didn't like was the noise from 1 of the Amusement rides right outside the window. It was extremely repetitive and loud. Its everyday from 1pm - 10pm. So beware of this!!!! I think if the apartment was refurbished and had good triple-glazed doors and windows fitted throughout, that would probably go quite a long way to sorting most of the noise issue out. We spent most of the days outside surfing, so it didn't impact us as badly as it could have done. But beware! if you plan to be inside the apartment by day, this could drive you mad.
