We were self catering, but the facilities were good. Location was excellent, with a view of the sea from front windows. The bedrooms were at the back, so not a great view, but no road running past, so very quiet, which suited us.
Although it was clean, I did feel that it needed a deep clean after the summer. The hot tap in the an-suite was difficult to turn off fully. I was careful but others mightn't be and the hot water could run out quickly. Just a minor reference.

The location was prime.
It facilitated us as a family of 5.
It was spacious and had all we need
This one didn’t have the balcony so you didn’t get the view in the picture.
But still sea side which was great.
