The entire villa was very clean,tidy and well furnished also everything you could think of needing in a villa that big was there from kitchen appliances to extra towels and bedding.
Not a compliant but if hiring the villa be aware you are quite far out of Zadar itself, we were fine on our stay as we had 3 cars for the 10 of us, the villa even had parking for this many vehicles

Plenty of space, great for a large family holiday. 15 minutes into centre of Zadar by car. Plenty of parking and outdoor seating.
Could do with the air con units being plumbed into the drainage system so you don’t have to keep emptying the buckets.
