Like a resort

Breakfast was served to your table with breads, fruit and cheese and eggs on request. Very nice. The staff was just over the top to help with anything. The sauna overlooking the sea was a nice surprise. The gate to the property was opened using the key fob you get with your room keys so the property was very secure.

The water temperature fluctuates so we had to be careful in the shower.

A true gem right by the sea!

You can fall asleep to the calming sound of the waves and wake up to breathtaking sunsets over the water. The place is cozy, beautifully furnished, and spotlessly clean—every detail has been thoughtfully arranged. What truly made our stay special was Igor, our host. From the moment we arrived, he was incredibly warm, helpful, and genuinely kind. He made us feel so welcome and was always available if we needed anything. The amenities are fantastic: pool, whirlpool, sauna, private beach and clean towels every day. The entire area is fenced, so kids can play safely and freely. Private parking is a great bonus. Breakfast is served at your table with a nice variety and taking special diets and allergies into account. Our stay was fantastic and we definitely will be back!

The location is good, right at the beach, sauna and whirlpool were really nice Igor was really nice and very receptive to our requests

Not too bad, but the property is overpriced for what it offers, the breakfast was cold and basic just fruits salads and bread, nothing warm The pictures are misleading, the were given a room in basement with no views at all . It was specifically sad for us as it rained most of the time when we visited and we ended up staying in dark basement most of the time that too with a 5 month old baby Because of the wind outside and weird windows it was very noisy inside The bathroom also had a weird smell For that price point there are much better options in Zadar, better rooms and views and much better breakfast

A really unique place. Pool, sauna and hot tub added a touch of luxury, and hosting couldn't have been better. Breakfast was great, and the outdoor dining and breakfast area was perfect.

This is a beautiful property with a breathtaking setting by the lighthouse, right by the sea with a view of the setting Sun. We loved its set of cute amenities including the pool, sauna with a view of the sea, washer dryer facility, the jacuzzi, the table tennis corner and the lighthouse. We loved the breakfast. Most of all, we loved Igor, who together with his wife keeps the place running clean and organized. Big guy with a bigger heart, warm human being.

The place is smaller than you would expect. It’s not a full fledged resort, it’s a dainty place with its set of clean amenities in a beautiful setting. There is no restaurant within. Breakfast is served at the table by Igor and his wife, but it is wholesome, fresh, warm and detailed. For us, it was one of the highlights of the day. And there are plenty of dining options at walking distance from the property. If you go in an off season (we went in early April), the weather can be a dampener. The coastal weather is unpredictable and can be wet, windy and colder than you would expect in April. So bring a warm water proof jacket. I hear that from May to Sep the weather is warm and great. And yes, during one very wet and windy night we had water seeping into the room through the windows dampening the floors. It’s the fault of the nearly 150 year old heritage structure that cannot be fixed without necessary government approvals. And Igor and his wife quickly did what was needed to clean it up. Nevertheless, we would any day revisit this place , maybe this time in warmer weather months.

Your own private beach in a stunning location!

The lighthouse was a really relaxing place to be, with its own private beach and pool. Igor and his wife look after the place, and helped to make our stay the most fantastic week. Igor is a chef and puts on a menu a few times a week, his food is amazing!

Nice stay in Zadar

The location is great and the garden is very beautiful. Obviously, the lighthouse adds a lot to the feeling of the stay. The breakfast is really good and the hosts and staff are very kind and helpful. We received great recommendations for Zadar and nearby restaurants and beaches.

The apartment was not particularly clean, and the pictures on booking.com look a lot better than in reality. The furniture is fairly cheap looking and not very well maintained. Overall, this didn't spoil our mood and in the end, our stay was great, although if the owners would fix these aspects as well, the experience and value for money would be a lot better.

Lighthouse magic at Puntamika, Zadar

Unique site with old working lighthouse. Appartments are fully new with beautiful garden. Breakfast is great and staff is really helpfull. The sauna have the most beautiful sunset view as Mr. Alfred Hitchcock once said for Zadar sunset ;)

Ein Aufenthalt der sehr positiver Erinnerung bleibt

Wir wurden persönlich von unserem Gastgeber Igor empfangen. Da es ein kleines Problem mit unserem Zimmer gab, wurden wir kostenlos und umgehend auf ein größeres Zimmer umgebucht. Die Lage und das Quartier ist sensationell. Vor allem auch das Frühstück im Freien mit Meerblick hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Konzept des Frühstücks, kein riesiges Frühstücksbuffet, sondern je Gast/je Paar ein eigener Teller mit mehr als ausreichend Käse, Wurst, Früchte, Brot, Gebäck.... ist ökologisch und nachhaltig.

Perfection

Tout était parfait. Incroyable lieu, je le conseille fortement que ce soit aussi bien entre ami, famille ou amis. Tout est réunis pour passer un agréable séjour jacuzzi, sauna, la mer, la piscine, ping pong,vélo. Le personnel est très gentil et le petit déjeuner copieux. J’y retournerai sans hésiter !!

Wunderbar! Danke für die tolle Zeit!

Direkt am Meer. Man kann mit Meeresrauschen einschlafen. Gemütlich, praktisch und schön eingerichtet. Alles super sauber. Handtücher für Pool und Bademäntel gibt es und können jederzeit getauscht werden. Fliegengitter vor Fenster. Sonnenuntergang über dem Meer. Pool, Whirlpool und Sauna! Toll für Paare und Familien. Man kann Tischtennis spielen oder Dart, sowie Boule. Kinder können sich frei bewegen da umzäunt. Privater Parkplatz. Frühstück vielfältig und man bekommt es an den Tisch. Kann frisches Rührei bestellen. Es wird angeboten Reste mit aufs Zimmer zu nehmen, was ich ausgesprochen nachhaltig und toll finde! Außerdem kann man Fahrräder leihen, sowie Helme. Es gibt auch ein Kinderfahrrad. Wir waren Ende April und hatten Glück mit dem Wetter und konnten den Pool schon nutzen. Er ist auch leicht beheizt. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen!

Wspaniałe miejsce na komfortowy wypoczynek nad brzegiem morza. Basen, jacuzzi, sauna, widok na morze. Przepyszne śniadania i przemiły, pomocny personel. Nieskazitelna czystość i świetnie wyposażony aneks kuchenny. Mam nadzieję że jeszcze tu wrócimy. Dziękujemy ♥️

Nächstes Jahr wieder!!

Die Gastgeber sind einfach toll! Das Frühstück ist ein Traum, jeden Morgen ein Highlight! Und die Lage.. besser geht es nicht!! Es ist sehr ruhig und wir haben Stunden am hauseigenen Strand verbracht, trotz Dezember!

Es gibt nichts negatives zu berichten! Da das ganze Haus unter Denkmalschutz steht, ist vermutlich einiges einfach nicht machbar. So hätten wir uns z.b. mehr Steckdosen gewünscht.. Aber das ist nun wirklich nur Kleinkram und eigentlich nicht erwähnenswert.
