The location is nice and the staff are very helpful.
The first night we stayed the water ran out n we did not have water in the toilet. Perhaps they have a pump system for the water n need to be refilled.

The bed is not comfortable. Tea and coffee not provided in the room. TV did not work too!

Beautiful location, the ferry drops you directly at the hotel. The breakfast was the best we had in Sumatra and the views are stunning.
The pool was half empty.
