Staff went above and beyond. The breakfasts were brilliant with a really good range. Amazing view from the pool and nice very spacious rooms. Great location for the ferry.
For somewhere of this price, some of the features in the room weren’t quite as amazing as anticipated (I.e. shower).

El sitio es muy bonito, está cuidado y el servicio es muy atento. La piscina con vistas al lago, el desayuno, la habitación... No sabría con qué quedarme. Un 10.
Por decir algo, nos dimos un masaje y en comparación con el resto del hotel, la zona a la que nos llevaron no estaba cuidada ni ambientada, había que pasar por una especie de almacén.

Le personnel est très accueillant et à l'écoute des clients. Le jardin et le restaurant sont très agréable. La chambre est grande et propre.
La chambre deluxe que nous avons eu éte situé à l'arrière de l'hôtel, nous n'avions aucune vu sur le jardin contrairement aux photos lors de la réservation et c'était bruyant, à cause de la proximité de la route. L'accès à la piscine peut s'avérer dangereux et entourée de vase, du fait de débordement du lac, la vue idyllique sur les photos n'est pas forcément représentative.
