Absolutely wonderful stay. Fania and Putiri from the front desk went above and beyond throughout our time here, from arranging a last-minute airport transfer to genuinely warm, attentive hospitality every day. Their kindness and professionalism made the whole trip so much easier and more memorable. The lakeview and location are beautiful too.
Nothing significant to mention. The only thing to note is the distance from Kualanamu Airport, which is around 6 hours, so plan transport in advance.

Baru aja checkout dari Damar Toba Balige dan masih kebawa suasana nyamannya.
Yang paling berkesan: atmosfernya. Bener-bener bikin rileks. Ditambah pelayanan petugas yang ramah banget, serasa disambut keluarga sendiri. Soal kebersihan gak perlu diragukan, kamar rapi, wangi, dan semua area terawat.
Buat yang cari penginapan di Balige dengan servis tulus dan suasana menenangkan, Damar Toba ini jawabannya. Terima kasih tim Damar Toba!

Good location and good hospitality. Friendly and helpful staff. I had a great experience and even had help from Hendro Naibaho with my travel itinerary.
No complaints. Everyone did their best to make my stay a memorable one.
