Very tired after a long flight and could have a nice shower and air conditioning in room.

Staff was very kind and helpful.Room very comfortable for a family and clean.Love the white bedding and towels. Location close to Waterfront .Will definitely stay here again. Hope to be able to stay for a few days.

Booked the Standard Double Room but was put in the Small Double Room. Bedroom window didn't lock closed, room really quite tired, staff didn't know where things were nearby, no breakfast

Great value for money, close to everything, definately stay again.

Good value for money and in walking distance of some nice restaurants/cafes, the V&A waterfront and city bus on the doorstep. The beds were very comfortable. We stayed in the front room and had no issues with noise, actually quite peaceful.

No one ever seemed to be at reception except for when we arrived. However we were out most of the days.

Harry and Barbara (and their staff!) were very nice and accommodating. We had a very comfortable triple room which are not easy to find so we were very pleased. The location is also very convenient and it felt safe.

Unfortunately wouldn't recommend

Unfortunately we were very disappointed when we arrived at the guesthouse. It was very tired looking and not at all what we expected from the photographs. We actually ended up finding other accommodation.

Location - although central was on a very busy road. The outside and inside of the building needs a definite upgrade.

Very central and within walking distance of V&A Waterfront and Bo Kaap areas. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The manager even drove us to pick up our hire car.

This GuestHouse is perfect by every side: position, cleanliness, courtesy of the staff, dimension of the rooms etc. The neighbourhood is well served: very good restaurants, supermarkets, coffee shops… There is everything needed. Very recommended! Thank you and see you!
