If you are NOT GYPSIES, BRING YOUR BED LINEN AND TOWELS!

Nearby is the sea, various shops. We chose a place so that we could go close to Pisa and Cinque Terre. At the first evening, the owner treated the children to cookies and milk

If you are ready to bring your own bed linen and all the necessary towels, this apartment is for you! We had been on the road for 12 hours, with children, we were tired and, having washed our hands with our own soap, we didn’t even have anything to dry them with. You will be informed that linen and towels are available upon request and, most likely, for an additional fee after you have paid for your reservation. This is especially impressive when you have a non-refundable payment. I was sure I had misunderstood the message. There were a lot of different sheets in the wardrobe; we took them to cover ourselves; there were no blankets. We have traveled a lot, both for vacation and for work, but this is the first time I have seen such conditions!!! Have you ever taken linen for 5 people on vacation? In this case, you need at least a minibus! At the first evening, I asked about towels, and the answer was that they were not provided! I didn’t want to write a negative review, but yesterday, I received a message from the owner where he called us gypsies for using their linen!!! Or maybe this is racism?... In one of the photos there is green grass with a table and chairs (this was one of the indicators when choosing a place - we thought we could eat in an open area), but you will not even be offered to use this!!! You'll just live on the second floor. In addition, the owners are building a garage, and the sound of the hammer and the work of the electric saw from the very morning was also “very pleasing”!!! The weather was bad these days, the sea was cold, and we wanted to at least get some sleep while on vacation.

Absolutely the best part of our stay was Enrico and Maria Luisa, they were so so kind to us. They absolutely made our stay in Marina Di Massa so special. We will come back because of how well they treated us and our little boy. An honour to spend some time with them.

We would travel to the location again. Very good price-performance ratio. Shops and free beach were situated nearby; to reach by foot. Supermarkets to reach by car. It is a great location for a family.
