Terrazzino, giardino, quiete, pulizia.
È difficile farsi la doccia senza alllagare il bagno....il box doccia va chiuso o almeno alzato il piatto doccia, altrimenti l'acqua finisce fino in camera...

Très déçu par la location et le bord de mer.
L'adresse indiquée ne correspond pas a la situation du logement. Nous avons du chercher et avons enfin trouvé par déduction grâce au photos du logement et a Google Mapp
Attention Les photos présentées correspondent a deux logement différents. REGARDEZ bien le descriptif de votre réservation avant de confirmer. moi j'ai fait confiance je n'ai pas lu le descriptif et me suis retrouvé dans une chambre avec salle de bain sans cuisine . les photos sont trompeuses... L'accueil très sommaire et rapide, Les frais de ménage (50€), pour une chambres sont exorbitant (comparé a la concurrence) L'endroit est calme à partir de 23h minuit car restaurant karaoké a 2000m. Les plage de Massa sont toute privées (location de parasol et de chaise longue), la plage "public" vous donne accès à 60- 80 m² de sables et un accès a la "mer" d'environ 15 m linéaire...

La camera appena ristrutturata, il giardino immenso con tutti i confort.. tavolini, sdraio, luci … uno spettacolo… Massimiliano premuroso e accogliente, per non parlare della mamma Paola… Persone meravigliose disponibili sorridenti… quelle che io descriverei come persone belle dentro e fuori! Avevo 100 richieste …. Soddisfatte? 101! Sicuramente sono persone che vorrei rivedere ! Abbiamo mangiato anche nel loro ristorante sia con asporto che nel locale … 10 e lode!!!! Che dire… se vi state domandando dove andare… Non esitate prenotate da Residence Villa Eva!

Siamo stati davvero bene!
Disponibilità, simpatia e gentilezza del gestore. Camera nuova e pulita. Silenziosa. Ottima la posizione in zona verde e quasi sempre ventilata. Anche le nostre due cagnette hanno apprezzato il balcone quasi sempre in ombra. Proprio di fianco alla struttura c'è una sorta di bistrot, gastronomia, dove si mangia bene e anche un mini market per ogni necessità. Siamo stati davvero bene! Torneremo!
