Apartamento Condes de Barcelona

Great location, the centre is easy to access with a Metro stop just 5 minutes away. The apartment is nice, clean and the hosts are very attentive.

Drainage in one of the showers is not great and we had cold water but the host did try to fix this. We didn’t mind as it was hot in Madrid 😊.

​The girl at the reception was very warm and attentive. The room is not as big as the photos show, but it is big enough for seven or eight people. Very clean and fully equipped kitchen. There is a supermarket opposite, enough for daily needs.

Arrivals after 19:00 are not marked in a prominent place, additional payment is required. When I just asked the question, I sensed the homeowner's dissatisfaction. There are two rooms outside don't know where. There is instrumentation and rubbish thrown upstairs.

The property was spacious and very relaxing. It had everything we needed and the hosts was very easy to get in touch with. The location was great and not to far from the centre and the metro was only 5 mins walk. There was also a lovely bakery around the corner where we picked up some for breakfast and there is a store across for everyday needs. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend.

One of the bathrooms have a slow drainage but that is easily fixed.

Clean and quiet location. Near shops and metro. All round great!
