About this apartment rental

Spacious loft in Usera, an ideal, bright, and very quiet 100 m² space just 15 minutes from central Madrid. It features 2 double bedrooms, A/C in every room, and gas heating. Fully equipped kitchen (washer, dishwasher, fridge, range hood, ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, and small appliances). Large living–dining area with a 65" TV, table for 6, a convertible chaise-longue sofa, a second sofa, and an armchair. Bathroom with shower screen. Wi-Fi and utilities included.

Connections: buses 28 and 6 a few meters away, that connects directly with center town; Usera/Almendrales Metro stations under 10 minutes on foot; Doce de Octubre commuter-rail station 4 minutes away. Pradolongo Park at 3 minutes and Madrid Río at 10 minutes walking distance. Nearby free street parking and public car parks. Pets: please inquire.

Minimum stay: 1 month; discounts for 2+ months. Seasonal lease agreement (LAU) signed with a private owner. An ideal place for art lovers and anyone who enjoys spacious, distinctive living.
