The apartment has three bedrooms, each with a double bed. It was renovated in 2019 and features exquisite décor. The warm decor is designed to make you feel right at home. Fully equipped and furnished with a TV, a full kitchen with a ceramic-glass stove, a large closet, heating, and comfortable new memory foam beds, as well as a 150 cm double sofa bed.
Located in CENTRAL MADRID in a quiet and safe residential area, just 3 blocks from the Plaza Rio 2 shopping center and Madrid Rio Park, and very well connected, it is easily accessible by public transit (metro and bus, with stops on the same street as the apartment) and is just a 15-minute ride from downtown. It is a 20-minute drive from the airport.

In a nice area.. A bit out of the way, but close to a Metro link. AC unit that is in the dining area needs to be moved about 2 meters into the living room area to cool the entire apartment better.. Kitchen facilities are very basic and could use a larger coffee pot.. Comfortable seating for more than 3 in the living area would also be nice. We had 5. Very nice apartment.

6 in the family. Took a chance on this. Kitchen sink backed up. Air conditioning didn't work at all. Very hot with windows all the way open. We had a lot of mosquitoes, ants, noise. The kitchen sink backed up and the washer overflowed. It was close to the metrorail but still a sadness that we started our trip in such a mediocre property. We were also told we would need to pay extra in cash €35 since we checked in after 830pm. It never said that in the booking. We feel this was a scam. And they wanted every single passport photo after they had our money.
