The apartment has two bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed. It was renovated in 2019 and features exquisite décor. The warm decor is designed to make you feel right at home. Fully equipped and furnished with a TV, a full kitchen with a ceramic-glass cooktop, a large closet, heating, and two comfortable new memory foam beds, as well as a 150 cm double sofa bed.
Located in CENTRAL MADRID in a quiet and safe residential area, just 3 blocks from the Plaza Rio 2 shopping center and Madrid Rio Park, and very well connected, it is easily accessible by public transit—metro and bus (with stops on the same street as the apartment)—just 15 minutes from downtown. It’s a 20-minute drive from the airport.
