About this apartment rental
The Antonio López apartment is located in the South area of Madrid, near Matadero. Well-connected by metro and bus to the city centre, with the Marqués de Vadillo metro station very close by.
Located on the banks of the Manzanares River, very close to Madrid Río, a huge park with a cycle lane and space to carry out all kinds of outdoor activities, walking, doing sports, disconnecting, with the Antonio López shopping centre and the Matadero Museum nearby, a space that hosts contemporary shows and exhibitions.
The apartment:
It is located in a building with a lift, on the first floor. It has WiFi connection. A great opportunity to explore the city of Madrid!
It has a surface area of 65 m², consists of two bedrooms, has capacity for six people and offers its guests a comfortable and pleasant stay.
The living room is an open space with a fresh decoration, a sofa bed and a lovely dining table.
The American-style kitchen, modern and bright, is fully equipped with everything necessary, including high-end appliances: ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, iron, hairdryer, individual gas boiler, air conditioning throughout the accommodation.
This wonderful apartment has two bathrooms, both with shower enclosure.
The main bedroom is very bright, has a window to the outside and features a double bed with good storage capacity thanks to its wardrobes. The second bedroom, also with a window to the outside, has two single beds.
It has cooling and heating through underfloor radiant heating, an innovative system that avoids the need to use radiators and air conditioning units.
This apartment does not have private parking. However, you will find a public car park within approximately 200 metres of the apartment.
The cot is subject to availability. Please advise no later than 5 days in advance.
The change from heating to air conditioning in the apartment boiler will be carried out in May, and in turn, the change from air conditioning to heating will be carried out in November, in accordance with the established property protocols
To be taken into account:
IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with Article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival
The online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.
For stays exceeding 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be requested, which is refundable at the end of the stay if no damage is caused to the accommodation.
Respect: For the purpose of good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions made available to you at all times. Mit House is not responsible for any delay in entering the apartment for not having carried out said prior process.

I thought that the apartment itself was very nice. Though, there were many steps to ensuring that we got keys (they are digital). I found out after I got there that I was unable to share the online key with my friends and that made it much more difficult for being able to go back to the apartment. The location was just fine, just a bit of a walk to get to the center of the city. Overall a pretty solid place, just some unnecessarily steps for getting everything situated for the stay.

The apartment is very pretty but the heating system doesn’t work properly and the place was freezing. We called the maintenance department twice to get it fixed but we were told they already adjusted and didn’t help anymore even when we explained it was very cold. The location is great, close to shops and the metro.
