The Antonio López apartment is located in the South zone of Madrid, near Matadero. Well connected by metro and bus to the city centre, with the Marqués de Vadillo metro stop very close by.



Situated on the banks of the Manzanares river, very close to Madrid Río, a huge park with a cycle lane and space for all kinds of outdoor activities, walking, sports, relaxation, with the Antonio López shopping centre next door, Matadero Museum, a space that hosts shows and contemporary exhibitions.



The apartment:

It is located in a building with a lift, on the top floor. It has WiFi connection. A great opportunity to get to know the city of Madrid!

It has an area of 85 m², consists of three bedrooms, has capacity for seven people and offers its guests a comfortable and pleasant stay.



The living room is an open space that features fresh décor, a sofa bed and a nice dining table.

The kitchen, modern and bright, is fully equipped with everything necessary, including high-end appliances: ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, iron, hairdryer, individual gas boiler, air conditioning throughout the accommodation.

This wonderful apartment has two bathrooms, both with shower and screen.



The master bedroom is very bright, has an external window and features a double bed and good storage capacity thanks to its wardrobes. The second bedroom, also with an external window, has two single beds. The third bedroom has one bed.



It has cooling and heating via underfloor heating, an innovative system that avoids having to use radiators and air conditioning units.



This apartment does not have private parking. However, you will find public parking approximately 200 metres from the apartment.



The apartment has a spacious terrace with an automatic awning.



The cot is subject to availability. Please notify us with a maximum of 5 days' notice.



The change from heating to air conditioning in the apartment's boiler will be carried out in May, and in turn, the change from air conditioning to heating will be carried out in November, in accordance with the property's established protocols.

2. Check-out time: 11:00.



3. Parties and events are strictly prohibited at this accommodation.

IMPORTANT: This property is available exclusively for seasonal lettings, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Lettings Act (LAU). Stays for tourist purposes are not permitted.



Online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the Grupo BizTrip app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on your phone to access the apartment.



For stays of more than 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be requested, refundable at the end of the stay if there is no damage to the accommodation.



Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
