Residence in the opposite alley behind the waterfront, at the corner of Lajarrige Avenue, embankment side. A stone's throw from many food shops, supermarkets, caterers, bakeries, restaurants, tea rooms, cafes, press, bookstores. Street market on Tuesdays and Saturdays, plus Thursdays in July-August.
Quiet residence.
Elevator to the 4th, top floor on foot. Parking in the neighborhood is free.
Small sunny and bright T2 type apartment located under the attic. 5th floor (last floor on foot).
Two roof windows: on the sea side on a quiet street, on the other a wooded courtyard.

Apparemment hyper fonctionnel avec tout ce qu’il faut (étendoir, caddie, grille-pain…) et très propre, dans un bâtiment très calme
Emplacement idéal (à 2 pas des commerces et sans aucun bruit)
Propriétaire a été très à l’écoute et très accueillant.
Nous recommandons et reviendrons avec plaisir !

Je suis venue pour un weekend mère-fille dans cet appartement. L'emplacement est idéal et le propriétaire a été très arrangeant sur les heures d'arrivée et de départ. En revanche, l'appartement pourrait être rafraichi pour être vraiment agréable. Surtout, la propreté est à revoir - tout particulièrement en temps de COVID - : poutre pleine de poussière dans la chambre indépendante, couverts sales, etc.
