Warsaw Concierge Silver Apartment

The location was great. 1.3 miles from the Old Town. Accommodation block was very quiet. Clean but slightly tired looking in places. Offered early check-in, and requested at 5.45am. Reply came through at 15.51 - 9 minutes before usual check-in time! We had a great stay and would recommend this property for the location, good sized rooms, cleaning equipment provided as well as tea and coffee and ease of booking

The clock needs battery. There was no full length mirror and a drying up cloth would be useful. Wardrobe door had a crack in it and one of the wicker wall decorations was broken

Location, 3 bedrooms

Very dirty, you can tell they very rarely deep clean and definitely dont vacuum around anything, layer of dust when you move the beds, under everything, behind the doors, very bad place if you had kids, warn out and the kitchen is not well equipped at all. Everything feels very cheap but its not a cheap apartment to book, worst of all was the best all 3 beds were warn out and uncomfortable, a half decent mattress is not expensive, instead you get springs in your back and can't sleep, we had to take turns sleeping on the couch which was actually comfortable to sleep on compared to the beds.
