Inside the property was clean and functional. It had a separate bedroom and a sofa bed with kitchen and bathroom. The lobby is shared with another apartment. The location is excellent and easy to get around the city with good transport options and main station nearby
The apartment block looks less than lovely but was clean and had a working lift. Once inside it was fine, a little tired and tatty in places. It was very annoying to have to wait for 4pm on the dot to gain access to the property and the communication with owners was not very prompt

Чудові міні-апартаменти на двох з видом на Палац культури і науки. Дуже зручне розташування, в кількох хвилинах ходьби від центрального вокзалу. Доступ в номер за електронним ключем. Персонал володіє українською. В апартаментах є все необхідне для перебування: розкладний диванчик, міні-кухня, де можна готувати і зберігати їжу, вбиральня. Але ж цей вид з балончика - то є в саме серденько))

Вид с окна красивый, все есть для удобства.
Сложно было разобраться как войти в подьезд. Цена была указана большим шрифтом Итого-2900 грн, при оплате сняло 5200, потому как мелким шрифтом добавили налог+збор. Тогда итого и нужно писать цена+налог+збор=итого и большим шрифтом конечную сумму. Не вводите людей в заблуждение.
