The check-in instructions were excellent — clear directions on how to reach the apartment, access codes, and step-by-step details with photos. Arriving in an unfamiliar place was completely stress-free, and this is something many hosts get wrong. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made a real difference for a family stay — we could cook properly rather than eating out every meal. There is also a washing machine (4 kg), which was genuinely important for us on a longer trip.

There is no air conditioning in the bedrooms — only a single unit in the living room. The nights were very hot. Portable fans are provided, but they are not enough. There is only one very small toilet. We were five people, and that was not sufficient. The beds were not very comfortable. The location is described as central, but it isn't really. Getting to the main sights takes about half an hour, combining walking and public transport. The building itself is very old — Soviet-era in appearance — and somewhat neglected, with a noticeable smell of damp at the entrance. Overall, the apartment is clean and practical and the host communication was very good, but for our next trip we would look for somewhere better suited to a family of five.
