- bardzo dobra lokalizacja, przy samym rondzie ONZ, dwa kroki od Pałacu Kultury i Dworca Centralnego - bezproblemowy proces odbioru kluczy i zameldowania
- bardzo niewygodne łóżko - wstawienie do małego pokoiku łóżka z drewnianą wysoką ramą, powoduje uderzanie w nią niemal za każdym razem - niewygodna, twarda kanapa - problemy z telewizorem - 3 piloty, brak informacji, który za co odpowiada, przy czym jeden w ogóle nie działał - apartament urządzony mało funkcjonalnie - umywalka w łazience mikroskopijna, lampa tuż nad stołem, powodująca uderzanie w nią przy wstawaniu
