Quirky and original apartment. Central location, about 10-12 minutes walk from the Central Station. Polite and helpful staff.

It took us some time to locate the breakfast room. It is on the left hand side of the lift (on 4th floor). You go there through the reception office and downstairs to the 3rd floor.

Great location close to main train station. There's a lift which is always a bonus. Funky modern decor. It's a converted industrial building with quirky features. Lots of character. Lovely lady who was very helpful with leaving luggage and breakfast. Good breakfast We had Grasslands room facing away from the main street. Double glazed windows so not noisy. Large size room. Good communication with detailed check in instructions the morning of our stay. We were given the wrong code for the lockbox but the manager picked up the phone immediately even though outside of reception hours.

Slight hiccup with wrong code for lockbox but rectified immediately with a phone call. Mattresses were a bit firm.

Great location. Very cool design of the rooms

The bathroom was the issue - it smelled of cigarettes very strongly. No soap to wash hands. Poor cleaning. When we arrived there was hair in the shower. Shower cabin not properly cleaned

The location is quite alright for the price.

There was only one trash bin, which was in the bathroom, the towels have no where to dry off so after a shower the towels stays wet. The bathroom has bad ventilation, the doors don’t stay open even with the door stop. A LOT of dust under the bed and only one (and single layered) toilet paper roll was given and the other HALF was left most likely from the guests before.
