Apartamentul este nou sau întreținut foarte bine. Finisajele arata excelent. Se afla într-un complex închis, foarte frumos, liniștit și relativ aproape de centrul economic al orașului. Facilitățile și cinsumabilele puse la dispoziție sunt excelente pentru un sejur de câteva zile, fără sa fie nevoie să-ți aduci prea mult de acasă.
Miar fi plăcut sa existe și un cuptor cu microunde pentru a putea încălzi rapid ceva, însă neam descurcat și fără acesta.

Lijepo uređen novi apartman u lijepom kvartu. Moderno, čisto, ugodno.
U sklopu objekta nije bilo punionice za električna vozila, iako je pod "sadržaji objekta" navedeno da postoji. Vlasnik je rekao da postoji javna punionica ispred zgrade i da se to odnosi na nju. Međutim ta punionica je bila izvan funkcije, a vlasnika nije bilo posebno briga za to. Na kraju nisam mogao puniti auto u sklopu apartmana, a to je bio glavni razlog zašto sam ga rezervirao.

Labai gera vieta, zabka tam paciam name, didesne zabka uz 100 metru. Metro irgi uz kampo. Namas tylioje vietoje. Patogi vonia, bute viskas, ko reikia, parkingas po namu, su lagaminu uzkilt liftu gali. Kas dar patiko - labai stiprus vandens spaudimas ir greitai ateinantis karstas vanduo. Smulkmena, bet kai buna atvirksciai, tai buna minusas:))
Fyi jautresniems kvapams: stiprus kvapikliu, skalbimo milteliu ar minkstikliu kvapas. Kartais smirdejo kanalizacija, bet cia namo beda, be to, retai tai pasitaike.
