Pet Friendly! Comfortable home on the North End! (NBH)
Neil Bay Hideaway is situated on little over an acre with views from living, dining, and recreation rooms of Neil Bay and Spieden Island. This two-bedroom, two-bathroom home has plenty of room for children and the family dog to play and romp in the fenced backyard and is conveniently located a short walk to the historic seaport town of Roche Harbor for fine restaurants, shopping, walking the docks, or playing on the beach at the isthmus.
Nice open floor plan so families can be together while cooking in the kitchen, playing foosball in the game room or watching sports on the 65" HD TV in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a separate dining room with a table and six chairs, plus two extra upholstered folding chairs for added seating. Don't worry about bringing salt and pepper. The owner tries to provide most spices you would need, along with olive oil, vinegar, etc. They even try to keep some coffee in stock.
The owners offer a wood burning stove in the recreation room and a fireplace in the living room. Wood is available at no charge on the property. Free internet and DirecTV is available. The primary bedroom is a king with a full bath and TV, the guest room is a queen with full bath, and the game room now has a sofa bed that can accommodate your children or adults.
Nearby activities include playing on the beach at the isthmus, swimming at the Roche Harbor pool for a nominal fee, taking a stroll through Roche Harbor’s sculpture park, kayaking, gin tasting, hiking nearby trails and parks, fishing, crabbing and exploring Roche Harbor and Friday Harbor.
During the warm island months, enjoy an evening dinner outside in the beautifully landscaped yard with the propane Weber BBQ grill and comfortable outdoor dining area. The fenced backyard is the perfect spot for your family pup to play or simply relax in the outdoor doghouse. The house is perfect for two couples, their family and dogs to enjoy time to relax and unwind while enjoying the quiet of the Neil Bay neighborhood.
Fire pits are not usable from May 1st-September 30th due to county burn ban and safety of property and neighboring areas. Ban is usually lifted October 1st if/when conditions and weather are favorable. Firewood is provided for off-season.
One house-trained, less than 65-pound dog per reservation with a pet fee. If a request for an additional dog is made, an additional fee will be assessed. Only two dogs maximum are allowed. Dogs are not to be left unattended. If a dog is left unattended and a neighbor calls to complain about noise or other disruption by the dog, renter will be charged a $200 fee. Pets are not allowed on furniture. Renter assumes responsibility for all extra cleaning needed such as emergency carpet cleaning, furniture replacement, and or emergency laundromat use for bulky items like comforters and pillows. Dogs must be house trained, and on-leash while outside.

Yard service takes place twice per month at this property.
The internet / Wi-Fi at this house should be sufficient for streaming video, phone calls, remote work and video conferencing.
