Staff very helpful.
Breakfast good. But not as big as in NZ. But more than adequate to start the day.

The staff was truly AMAZING. They were the ones that elevated our experience to the highest level. They made us feel super welcome and comfortable and they are ready to assist you at any moment. We have never experienced such hospitality and I can't mention enough how sweet, kind and amazing they are.
The villa was beautiful and the layout is very well done. You can access the shower directly from the outside tub and pool. You also get lots of privacy. It's completely sheltered from your neighbors and the staff is very cautious and respectful. The building is located close to the beach and common tourist attractions are no more than an hour away.
The food was amazing as well. Every morning we got spoiled by the staff with a delicious fresh made breakfast. Their menu varies from western till asian, sweet till spicy and has something for everyone to enjoy.
We want to thank all the staff for this unforgettable vacation and hopefully we will be returning to Seminyak Sanctuary in the near future. We recommend this place to everyone that's looking to get spoiled by staff in a beautiful villa before and after a day of exploring in Bali.

We liked the hot tub in the property. Bed was comfortable and WiFi was stable.
There were several things that popped up during our one night stay at this accommodation. First, when we used the shower water for the first 5 mins it was smelly and smelled like sewage water. Second, there were many mosquitoes in the room probably due to still water in the room and considering how the bathroom doesn’t fully close. At 6-7pm, we killed 10 mosquitoes in the room between my partner and myself. It’s a nice room that aesthetically looks great; however, there are signs that this property and villas are not well maintained and management needs to step it up.
