This was a fantastic place to stay and given the opportunity would so again.

The room was very large. The attention to detail was evident. The Balinese decor is unmatched. I really can’t say enough good about our short stay here.

It’s a good location for a commute to the airport but not so good for exploring Nusa dua.

I loved everything in this place! Very beautiful garden, friendly personnel and our villa was perfect! Pool large and pretty. Breakfast - a lot of options and very delicious! Also went to have massage - best I had in Bali! From 7 places we stayed in Bali, this was really the best.

Amazing Alindra Villa & Spas!

Beautiful tranquil, well maintained grounds. Very clean rooms. Great food & service. I had one of the best massages in their spa treatment facilities that I ever had! Outstanding staff, nothing was too much trouble; simple things like reminding us to order breakfast the night before, recommending activities / tours to do, all done with a smile. I accidently left clothes in a drawer and the amazing front desk staff helped me arrange a bluebird taxi to deliver them to my new hotel. 10/10 We will definitely be back!

Honeymoon

The relaxed atmosphere, quietness of the location, good pools and beautiful villa. The a la carte breakfast delivered to the room was a nice touch and much better than the normal hotel buffet free for all. The staff were amazing and couldnt be mire helpful. We also loved the angry looking cat that always turned up at breakfast time.

If you want restaurants or similar there isnt anything within walking distance. The hotel restaurant is good however you'll need to use grab for delivery or take a taxi elsewhere if you want something different.

Ok, but did not meet our expectations

Decor and relaxing atmosphere

1. Food - very average; in fact we only had a one meal at the hotel other than breakfasts. Breakfasts had to be pre ordered day before for a certain time - which was very unusual for us, which was rather inconvenient. The reason for this was that apparently there were a lot of guests in the hotel and we would have to wait 2 hours on the day to get it! The funny fact is that while we stayed there we have barely seen any people there so it was hard to believe this however we have followed the instructions as we have already paid for breakfasts. Location is good for getting to different places however, other than the hotel there is nothing in close proximity other than houses and some shops along busy carriageway which is 2 min away from the property. Lastly, during the booking I have requested extra bed for my child, and upon our arrival I had to pay extra for this - again this is rather unusual as most hotels have this option free of charge.

This place hosts private events in the garden located in the center of the rooms, and these parties often continue late into the night, causing significant noise and disturbance. During my stay, there was a wedding held in the garden, which made the experience very unpleasant and uncomfortable.

A wonderfully peaceful villa location with great staff.

The property is beautifully maintained with gorgeous gardens and communal areas. The 2 bedroom ethnic villa was perfect for us. The staff, especially Dwipa, were attentive and very helpful and friendly.

The property is not great for walking to restaurants however a very cheap and short Grab ride to either Jimbaran or Nusa Dua beaches. They ran out of some cocktail ingredients.

Such beautiful gardens and amazing rooms staff all so obliging .

Location was in a residential area so no restaurant nearby but the food at the restaurant there was delicious and well priced . We stayed in terracotta 6 only a couple of things the doors to outside are glass even though had dark privacy opaque windows the light shone in all night perhaps a blind or a curtain would be helpful. Bathroom had a bath shower but the shower only came to my chest l am short but found this arrangement awkward. But overall our room was amazing.

Beautiful, scenic and luxurious accomodation! The staff were absolutely fantastic, the whole place was looked after so well along with us. Great food, great drinks and in prime position to visit multiple areas of Bali!

Nice location, interruptions were a little annoying

Nice location in a garden. Big bed. Table out by the pool

Shower was way too small. Bedroom had no windows for natural light, only in the bathroom behind it. Felt a little like a prison cell. Staff also interrupted a lot. They would ring the doorbell 5-6 times.

Lovely, clean and comfortable.

Loved the bathroom and the glass walls. Everything felt so spacious and luxurious. Bed was super comfy. The room and all amenities very clean. Aircon was super cold.

Only downside was the loud neighbours drinking, yelling and playing loud music all day which just echoed right into our room.

Private pool in villa was too cold, ended up using main pool. Fruit platter was disappointing, very small and no flavour. Meals in restaurant were OK but nothing outstanding.

Perfect for our holiday with friends

The villa was even better than I expected. My husband and our friends couldn't believe the space we had and the size of the private pool. We had a fabulous time, the hotel is beautiful and the staff very kind. The breakfast and hotel restaurant food was good, nothing exceptional but it was fresh, well prepared, and perfect for the evenings we didn't feel like going out. Highly recommend for a stay in Nusa Dua.

Pleasant stay close to airport

Value for money - Overall, considering the price paid for this accomodation this property was very good value for money. The bed was super comfy, staff were amazing and the place was light. Restaurant - Food was very reasonably priced and there were lots of options. Happy hour was a vibe and amazing value for monely. Only feedback was I would have liked to see maybe one or two different dessert options. In addition, pancakes served with a banana on the side is not "banana pancakes". Size - Room size and size of facilities felt very generous. Staff - staff were very friendly and accomodating.

Pool - Front pool when you first arrive has an uneven tile and was dated. Walking around the edge made me anxious because of the uneven nature of the flooring. The newer pool was nice. Private pool - When I arrived to my room and went for a swim I found a dead cockroach in the pool and a lot of leaf litter. Location - My driver found it a little difficult to find. Property was a little dated and in places showed signs of wear and tear. Wouldn't want to spend whole holiday here.

Lovely staff, great pool, nice restaurant with tasty food, very quiet rooms - except for occasional loud mouths - and safe. Isolated - no hassling, no ‘taxi’!
