Staff was so nice and respectful

1-bath room was capsule installed in front of the intrace(picture available) 2- wash basen was in the room beside entrance;so first you go washroom and come out to wash hand 3-only one window which is not openable and even you can’t see thru because it is fixed with plaque glass 4- no refrigerator was available in the room 5- no cabinet for clothes,only you can hang your clothes on the wall hanger/frame above sofa so you can’t sit there as clothes are hanging on your head As per my opinion this room should not allot to guests 6- we travelled 4800 km to spent our holidays in a relaxing way but end up as I mentioned above Booking.com should give me the damage , Now it’s all upon booking.com team that how you people compensate this

Hotel is like a shit , worst hotel ever stay in Bali all around the world , dirty , inside the room small insects , breakfast is very poor and not delicious better not the eat .ı put my shirt outside to dry hotel management took it and keep somewhere I asked many times didn’t bring it , I said I will call the police receptionist said as u wish , disrespected … after 1 hour later my tshirt came dirt and smell bad Stay away from this shit hotel

Restaurant has a great view on both sides. Breakfast buffet has basic items to cater for both local and foreign visitors. Cleanliness was well maintained and service was prompt.

B'fast buffet didn't have butter included and had to be brought from elsewhere. Variety in the bakery section is very less compared to other items in the buffet.

The location was great, so was the front desk staff, they were super friendly. The Wi-Fi on the other hand was very slow and unreliable, making it difficult to do any work or stream anything

Great hotel for our last days in Bali

The hotel matched our expectations. The breakfast was good, the house was spacious and clean and the facilities were adequate. It's close enough by taxi to various getaways.

Half a day prior to checking in I sent a message through booking.com asking if we could get a shuttle, but I never got a reply. Ended up having to use a Bluebird taxi. Which typically charge 90-120K IDR from a trip to and from the airport. The hotel appears to offer a shuttle service, but charges 300K IDR for it.

More of a business hotel not really suitable for a family vacation

The Breakfast was quite nice a couple of Indonesian dishes as well a western ones. The staff was very pleasant to talk to. The room that we upgraded to was nice and big but the view was nothing to talk about.

The view from the room was not impressive, the size of the 1st room that we got was very small aprox 150sqft including the bathroom which was compact and modular type, there was no balcony and a small window that did could not be opened, it was quite claustrophobic in there, we requested for an upgrade for which we paid extra. the Gym was tiny with only 2 treadmills and some weights. some of the pictures on the site are a bit deceptive and are better than the real thing.

Excellent service and food.

The breakfast was varied with many options for local and Western tastes. I especially liked the cut papaya and watermelon. Juice was usually guava or orange juice.

Interestingly, I had to ask for milk for my coffee every day which the servers brought right away. Most hotels have milk by the coffee area but this was not a real problem.

The villa needs some maintenance, shower spray water everywhere and wet everything in the room. The showers could do with shower screens and new shower heads. Extra pillows on beds would be nice.

Nice stay.

The food in the restaurant was amazing we really loved the food! The staff were really lovely and friendly. They provide daily housekeeping. Lovely little basket of complimentary goodies left in the room for us.

I wouldn’t call it a gym, it is very very small (doesn’t match the pictures). Two people max would be able to use it at one time. The swimming pool is not on the grounds of the hotel it is a 3 min walk down a street. Wasn’t a problem for us at all but an fyi the hotel share the swimming pool with the residents who live in the complex behind the hotel. Also, some people might appreciate this but we didn’t enjoy being called on the phone for breakfast each morning and for checkout. The location of this hotel is not good at all but it was perfect for us whilst we were sorting our visa extension . The immigration office was a 10 min walk from the hotel.

Gym is very small. Room was very dirty when they give, we changed. Second room doesn't have windows! Bath is like in the middle of room, not comfortable, it is a cabin. Overall we didn't feel comfortable. Price is high for that small room.

Townhouse was good value for money! Great breakfast views!

We were pleasantly surprised to see that we had booked a 2-storey, 2-bedroom townhouse behind the main hotel and directly next to the pool. It was perfect for our family! It was nice and quiet compared to the noise and street traffic on the front side of the hotel. We loved the buffet breakfast with a beautiful view. So many options - pancakes, waffles, sushi, porridge, toast, fruit and lots of Chinese and Indonesian dishes to choose from. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The hotel is in a very busy, city area, which was fine for us as we just wanted to chill at home and in the pool but might not be ideal for most tourists. The kitchen in the townhouse only had mugs, 2 bowls and no cutlery. Probably just needed a bit more essential items to make it functional. The furniture downstairs in the townhouse is in serious need of updating but other than that we were happy!

a nice budget hotel, exactly what you would expect. very nice bed and linens with cheap bathroom pod

staff did a good job. well trained, thoughtful, helped me charge my phone and park my bike

they only had jack daniels for $15 us/glass, there were 6 drinks on the menu. the hotel manager let me down on this one. there is an indomart right next door and they could buy local whiskey at least for the cost of 3 shots and make more money. alcohol never expires, there is really no excuse for not having ordered enough of the drinks that appear on the menu. looked like it had been that way for some time too. as I was staying 1 night because I got locked out of my other hotel, I really needed a drink before bed!

Good for the price, but not exceptional.

Well located for what we needed to see. Rooms were a bit compact, but had everything you need. The bathroom design was strange. Even on a busy road, it was relatively quiet. The breakfast was pretty good.

When we tried booking the airport shuttle, we went back and forth for about 24 hours giving every detail under the sun. And then, they told us it was unavailable, catch a taxi instead. Considering our arrival date/time was known early, we could have been advised of this sooner? Also, we booked a room on a high floor, for extra, and were placed on Level 1.
