Hotel under reno with an aggressive management

Lovely staff.

The hotel owner/manager was aggressive towards staff and guests. After checking in, we pointed out the stained and yellowed sheets, and the windows dirty with bird excrement. The staff fixed both promptly and graciously. We were suprised by the restaurant renovation (drilling and hammering until late at the evening), which was not mentioned in the hotel description. Additionally, dogs were barking below us close to midnight, and cigarette smoke traveled through the AC. On the second day, the internet didn't work, and when we asked about it, the owner yelled at us in Balinese (?) and threw money at the reception table. The receptionist translated that the owner wants us to leave. We felt scared, especially our children, and we found another accommodation even though it was past 5pm. p.s. there was no hand soap in the kitchen nor bathroom, no glasses, only coffee cups. Shower set up was low.

Cozy and among the best stay

I have travelled to many countries and by experience this was among the best relaxed stays. No noise, the swimming pool was nicely maintained, the bed was comfortable, food was tasty, staff very courteous, stove for some cooking and utensils as well.. definitely will stay again.

Vegetarian options to be made available as the menu was full of non veg.

Great option for this value

The hotel staff was very nice and kind. We arrived earlier then our check-in date and they gave us a room even without additional payment. The hotel is very cosy and quite. Most of the time you feel like you’re the only people staying there even it’s almost full. Suite has 2 bedrooms and fully equipped kitchen. Nice balcony if you prefer staying up. Its clean. They make nice omelette for breakfast. Again the staff is doing more than they could, special thanks to Putu Diva. Overall everything was beyond expectations.

There was some noise from construction around but it didn’t bother us too much.

Very nice hotel close to the airport

The room is very spacious with nice air conditioners. We stayed just one day but the big refrigerator in the kitchen would be very useful for a longer stay.

The public pedestrian's roads are very narrow with some holes under constructions. It was hard to walk around to find some restaurants.

Exceptional

Great place for family. Super helpful staff. Kiki and Putu at front desk were always eager to help us get the most out of Bali. Made was very friendly and helped us with so many things. Aho dropped us to the airport on our departure. Restaurant staff were kind and always had smiles on their faces. We felt we were part of the hotel family. Our kids were also really happy. We had a really good time at the hotel and overall in Bali .

booking.comで朝食付きを予約したした。がHotelに着いたらroomのみの予約だと言われました。近くに食事が出来る所はないので1人rp60000×6人を支払って朝食を取りました。ナシチャンプルもナシクニンも美味しくありませんでした。ブブールは中華粥でした。クレジットカードで支払いをしようとしたら機械が壊れているから現金で払うように言われました。その領収書の写真をbooking.comに送りましたがそれでは資料が不十分ですと言われました。私達にこれ以上何が出来るでしょう…もうbooking.comは使わないと決めましたがもう一度問い合わせしてみると、Hotelから何の応答もないが会社から支払います、との回答。まだ返金はされていませんが皆さんも泣き寝入りせずに問い合わせてみることをお勧めします。それによって今後の旅行会社を決めると良いと思います。それから、朝8時から朝食を始めると9時前には続々と大勢の現地の親子連れが訪れ、目の前のプールで水泳教室が始まりました。驚き呆れました。宿泊客の居場所はどこにもありませんでした。

非常值得入住的酒店

我是1.20号入住，订的标间酒店升级为套房，带厨房的客厅加一大一小两张床的卧室，对着泳池，非常好。22号退房时下暴雨，老板亲自打伞送我们上车，非常感动！还有6万盾的早餐套餐，给了很多海鲜……

在酒店胡同外面挂牌子，方便打车过来提前观察到。就是主路的入口处立大牌子更好些
