need to upgrade the staff manners. specially the frontdesk. being able to calm down the guest when the check in time has to delay for one hour is bery important.

The only saving grace of this hotel was the staff. Staff was friendly and tried to help as much as they could, considering the obvious lack of manpower and how the hotel really is. The breakfast buffet was good also.
Property was not as it was shown on the website. It was extremely run down and not maintained very well, probably due to covid.
