Comfortable and enjoyable stay

The bed was very comfortable, the room was spacious with a lovely view, and it was nicely decorated, which created a cozy feeling. We also loved the central location, as the harbour, restaurants, and shops were all just a short 5-minute walk away. The staff member Alexia was incredibly friendly and helpful.

The pillows were too soft for our preference, and there was an unpleasant sewer smell in the toilet.

What a lovely property. I loved my quaint studio room with the well equipped kitchen. Staff were amazing, friendly and helpful. The location is 5 minutes from everything and there are grocery stores 2 minutes away.

Good location for walking into the town.

The inside of the accommodation apart from the bed was good. It had a comprehensive kitchen area and a good shower room. Our room was not in the hotel but in a annex which I have to say looked a little bit like a converted garage. There was a bench outside but no table. Towels were provided for the wonderful swimming pool. Owner was very helpful.

Parking was very tight requiring constant maneuvering to fit the car into the allocated space. Once in, we decided not to move the car again until our departure. The bed although comfortable, was very low. Breakfast was really disappointing. Basket on the table with two croissants, two pieces of toasted baguette and two pieces of un-toasted baguettes. There was a pot of jam but not much else. Much more cost effective and satisfying walking into the town for breakfast or take away food.

The receptionist was lovely and very helpful . Our family thoroughly enjoyed the pool .

The parking space was difficult to enter and exit though the lady on reception kindly helped us .

Nice staff and location, shame about the room.

Family run business and the family are very nice. Really appreciated the restaurant recommendations and help with bookings. Short walk to a lot of great restaurants and beaches.

The room was small with no normal windows or any view - there were only 2 Velux windows. The furniture and decor was cheap looking and disappointing for the price we paid. I didn't like the room at all and didn't want to spend anytime in it. The pool was OK but the jacuzzi was a bit old and the sauna was tiny. I would not recommend staying here if you want attractive accommodation or any level of luxury.

The staff was great. Super helpful and nice. The hotel was well located close to the beach and town. The pool area is also very nice. The room had a nice terrasse and AC.

Location was good-central

I booked a room with a sofa bed specifically so we could have 2 beds.The hotel insisted on then charging me an extra 20euros just for the linen.Not ok really-it was not advertised like that on booking.com-i brought it up with manager,but they insisted-The room was already overpriced for what i t was.This put me off the place.

The rooms smelled of damp and urine. The rooms on the floor are the same price as those in the first floor, but total different cleaness and smell. The rooms on the 2. floor were ok, but the rooms on the 1. floor were shit. And the price were the same. The breakfast was not to recommended.

Pleasant stay in Cassis

Close to the harbour on a hill, restaurants in walking distance. Secure parking, nice breakfast (fresh eggs), wonderful staff (many thanks for all your support, Alizée!). Room & bathroom tiny but clean. Coffee in the room.

Overall, a good stay

The best part was the two very helpful receptionists who did everything possible to make my stay enjoyable Heating good and bed comfortable

Breakfast was very uninteresting - croissants could have been warmed and egg-boiling machine explained. Problems with one of the light-blocking blinds, but staff did everything possible

Exceptional and a little heavenly haven

This is a little heavenly haven that is run by a family and is extremely lovely! I will return to stay longer next time. They gave wonderful recommendations and the pool area with hot tub was so nice to relax in! I give this hotel 5 stars and will be back! Thank you, again:)

Perfect stay in Cassis and great value for nice amenities.

We spent four days in a room with a kitchen here and were very happy, extremely comfortable and would return! We were surprised when the entry to the room was just off the parking lot, but in fact it was a quiet spot with a great view over Cassis, as the hotel is up a hill. The room was newly decorated and had everything we could need, with a well fitted out kitchen - we would happily have spent a week here. It was nice to have tea/coffee provided in the room as well, as we did not opt for breakfast. The pool area was lovely and quiet, not overcrowded. We were traveling in June and the weather was warm but not hot, and it was mostly adults lounging and reading books; we were able to have the spa and pool to ourselves on several days.

Lovely studio within walking distance to downtown Cassis

Cute studio within walking distance of downtown Cassis. King size bed and fantastic shower. Listen to les cigales from the balcony, and the kitchenette was a bonus. Gentleman at the front desk was absolutely wonderful. Parking as well!!

Just Perfect

Perfect location - minutes away from port de Cassis, restos… Hosts are amazing and recommended places to see and eat. We arrived earlier, we got to park our car and walked around Cassis while we waited for our room. Pool was nice. And the spa after a long hike in the Calanques was also nice Our room was perfect. Would come back anytime Thank you

We loved the Eden and will come back

Breakfast was freshly squeezed orange juice, cold meats, cheeses, eggs, croissants and excellent coffee. The pool was a great place to relax, theres also a jacuzzi and sauna. Staff were so friendly and helpful...our sincere thanks to Frank, Sabrina and Alizee

A wonderful, relaxing stay.

Close proximity to the town center, pharmacy, grocery store and beaches. The walk was not bad at all and it was nice to just leave the car. The breakfast was great, especially the coffee. I slept in one morning, missing the buffet, but they politely knocked on my door and brought me breakfast on a tray. The pool area was especially nice to relax in the afternoon (and the pool is heated, just enough). They also had a nice lounge area. Absolutely will come back here.

Nothing really, just a few more packets of coffee and sugar in the room. Even a solo traveler needs more than just one cup of coffee 😉

Lovely hotel and well located

The staff was amazing - very friendly and lovely! We were travelling with our baby and we got even a bathtub for him! Our appartment was very pretty and clean. We had a great view to Cassis (btw: 5 mins walk from the hotel and you are in the centre). The pool is heated and had a temperature of 25°C and there was also a jacuzzi and a sauna - easy to use and at no additional cost.
