Great Location, Decent Breakfast and good staff.

The location is epic - right in the thick of the all activity. The breakfast is top notch - not a huge breakfast, but the quality is incredible....the best crepes! The AC is a necessity in the summer. The beds were comfortable and the showers were big and good pressure. Loved having coffee in the room. We loved our stay!

We read about the nightclub below and that it would be loud at night, so we were a little worried about how we would sleep. It wasn't as bad as I expected - it's not loud, but you can hear it. I put earplugs in and that helped.

The location is amazing. Right in the waterfront in the centre of town, moments from restaurants, beaches and shops. The staff were friendly but not able to resolve several considerable problems. M

The air conditioning was not properly functioning in our room and kept turning off. We had family in three other rooms which were ok. The first day the hotel didn’t try to fix it, I think they forgot. We had a small baby and it was unbearable in our room. We ended up swapping rooms with other members of our group which was awful for them. The second day the hotel said they thought it was working ok. It wasn’t. The third day we told them again it wasn’t working they did nothing. In addition to this 2 of our 4 rooms had faulty key card issues. We would walk the two flights to our room, with baby to discover we couldn’t get in. We’d have to walk back down stairs and get the card reactivated. This happened most times we went to our rooms. We ended up getting our cards reactivated each time we’d come in past reception to save going up and down the stairs. Extremely frustrating. I
