Good for one night

The hotel is very central and easy to find. The staff was friendly.

The shower wasn’t great and didn’t have much hot water. The room was small.

Good if you like to party

Nice staff and very good location

The “quite” rooms still get a lot of noice from the disco downstairs because the sound is traveling inside not via the street. There are parties also in winter and the breakfast is small and simple.

The location is surely extremely good. Buffet breakfast is rich and not expensive.

Great option for a shorter stay.

I loved the proximity to everything in Cassis, and even though it was nothing mind blowing, everything was great, the bed was comfortable. They kept saying that it could be noisy since it's close to the city centre, but it wasn't noisy at all, we could sleep very well. Very nice for a short stay.

Good location, but nothing like in the pictures.

The location is the best. Very close to the biggest beach in the area and the port, all the restaurants are there. They clean the room every day and change the towels.

There is no fridge inside the room, and that's a problem in the summer because you always have to get down at the reception for cold water. Also, the shower cabin is too small, not fit for people with extra kilos, so pay attention to that. The sheets weren't very clean. They had stains on it. The hotel doesn't look like in the pictures.

The location of the hotel was excellent with having an easy access to everything around , right at the city center with all coffeehouses and restaurants around , supermarket , market , bakery , beach right in front of the hotel. As location wise I would consider it as excellent .

Great location right in the middle of everything- what’s not to like about that!

The location cannot be beaten for convenience and being right in the centre of everything! The staff were amazing- so friendly and welcoming. The hotel rooms are basic but they are clean and comfortable. We were able to gain access to the square with our car after speaking with the security staff on the roundabout and could drop our luggage off right at the door. The hotel staff will help you work this out if you ask them. We were able to leave our luggage the day we arrived and go off and enjoy Cassis for our overnight stay. My husband parked our car up at one of the free car parks on the edge of town after dropping off the luggage and he walked back down( there is also a bus service). When we went to leave there was a market right outside the hotel so we took our luggage up to the Casino Barriere corner and loaded there- easy! The photo shows the hotel above the restaurant on the end of the roundabout. I have to mention the staff one more time- they were all so lovely and friendly.

The bathroom in our room was a little on the old side but it was clean. No real problems when you consider where you are located. I’d stay there again !

The Hotel Cassitel was the perfect location for our first visit to Cassis and we look forward to visiting again.

The reception staff were all very friendly when we talked to them. The room was super clean and the bed very comfortable. We booked a harbour view which was perfect for enjoying the ambiance of Cassis and the location was perfect for the beach, restaurants, shopping and visiting the Calanques.

We liked everything about Hotel Cassitel. In general, parking in Cassis can be a challenge. However, we utilized the free parking and took the shuttle bus down to the harbour area.

Beach Vibes

Excellent location for the city centre - pretty much beachfront. It was 3-5min walk to the beach and central to all things. Super friendly front desk staff. Pillows were AMAZINGLY comfortable. Balcony was super cute for breakfast and dinner dates.

Location was on the waterfront yet on the side street. view up to the castle from the balcony. Breakfast was very good - lots to choose from - fresh pastries every morning. Room was clean. Location was excellent.

Front of house staff were varied some ready to help others indifferent. Parking in Cassis is a nightmare, steep streets, old village so - understandable.

Perfect location in centre of Cassis. Fantastic beds and fabulous breakfast!

Should explain better about parking out of town with free shuttle bus. Its a wonderful idea to avoid cars in town as parking is non existent. If this was explained in an English translated leaflet then one may not misunderstand like we did. ALSO A MIRROR IN BEDROOM WOULD BE GREAT. We did have one in bathroom to be fair. One socket in bedroom is too little for travellers in 2023!

Relaxing, quiet stay in Cassis, fantastic location

Clean but basic facilities. Outstanding location. The breakfast was ok, the staff very friendly and helpful. The room on the second floor with a view of the fortress was very quiet.
