Brilliant location, clean, friendly and helpful

The location is fantastic - right on the harbour. We took our dog and they were very welcoming towards him.

The bathroom is part of the main room and there’s nowhere to put anything, in particular nowhere to hang towels.

Lovely.

Lovely hotel with great rooms, staff, and outlook.

Roof terrace is a little dead and it's bar rarely manned. Breakfast is super expensive. The hotel also screwed up my booking where I asked for a twin room three times but got a double. (They also didn't offer to refund for the night I stayed in a lesser room)

Good hotel in a convenient location

The hotel is excellently situated, with helpful staff. The breakfasts are very good indeed. The room was spotlessly clean. The cakes left for us on arrival were very good.

The room was a bit small and the long narrow corridor from the room to the door with the bathroom and toilet leading off it was a bit claustrophobic. However overall it is very good.

Underwhelming and rooftop bar closed

Location

I had accidentally forgotten 2 expensive T-shirts within the wardrobe of my room. I called the following day after we had vacated to explain the situation as I had a hired car and could collect but received a half bothered response from your female FOH staff on the day. She even couldn’t be bothered to return the call to inform me whether the items had been found or not. Post care awful. You cannot call yourself a Rooftop hotel and have the thing closed. The rooms are comfortable but quite small.

Great trip to the Calanques National park. Lots of hiking, biking , pétanque and swimming.

room was looking right at the water and the pétanque court as well as everything else. Comfortable and nicely furnished.

A fabulous find

A lovely hotel in a beautiful location! Staff were friendly and welcoming, rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location is perfect. Sundowners on the rooftop bar are a must. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Thank you Jasmine for the excellent service!

Altogether a very nice stay and would recommend your hotel.

Good location but very noisy at times. Loud music until 12.30 in the morning. Motor bike rank nearby - engine noise woke me up throughout the night. Room excellent, very spacious. Lovely comfortable bed. Bed linen and towels very good quality. Very friendly and helpful staff.

I loved this beautiful hotel.

The room was pure luxury. I loved every part. Incredible shower. Elegant and soft bathrobes. I sat on the balcony watching the main square all night.

I just wanted a chance to enjoy the incredible rooftop bar.

Perfect location and comfortable stay in modern, friendly and well managed hotel

Fantastic location and great hotel. Rooms very modern. clean and comfortable except very warm at night and no way to control the air-conditioning. Breakfast room has beautiful view and good buffet breakfast. Roof top bar also great view and wonderful place to relax with a drink in the evening but it is expensive.

Rooms were very warm but it was during a heat wave.

Recommending the hotel from teh botto of my heart

Initially we had a problem with the parking, it solved easily. Really cordial welcoming and service throughout - we asked for the glasses and ice bucket for the rose wine, it took literally 90 seconds! Hotel itself is located 100 m from the beach, being in absloute centre - really premium location. Breakfast was nice, well balanced and hearty.

Simple hotel in a great spot with all the restaurants and bars on your doorstep.

a fabulous location and the staff were lovely. Room was small but had a gorgeous little balcony overlooking the port.

We ended up parking up the hill and walking the 5 minutes to the hotel as it is not easy to drive to the hotel itself. The room was very small for two people. Unfortunately the breakfast quite poor, with very little choice (dried out bits of scrambled egg and some bacon was the only hot food on offer)

Room had bad odor likely due to issue with shower water containment. The shower door didn’t seal correctly and as a result lots of water could get out onto the carpet. This seems to have caused an odor problem. Odor was similar to if you accidentally leave water bottle closed for several days. It wasn’t intolerable and we opened the window which mostly resolved the issue. It seems like it may have been specific to the room we were staying in. Likely carpet needs to be scrubbed with baking soda after each stay and shower seal needs to be improved. Breakfast area had many extremely low tables, lower than a coffee table. About half the tables were like this, rest of tables were normal. Bad furniture for breakfast— uncomfortable to eat at. Furniture should be replaced with normal tables.

Perfect spot in Cassis

The perfect location, right on the best spot of the port of Cassis. The breakfast was very good, and rooftop bar was exceptional with gorgeous views of Cassis.

Rooms are definitely on the small side, but location makes up for that.

It was an impersonal experience with a a room which wasn’t comfortable or generous

The bed cover was too hot and there were no options to be cooler. No top sheet. Just a thick, winter, duvet in a cover, at the end of May. If you aren’t comfortable in the bed, it’s a fail. There was also no fridge in the room, no kettle in the room and no iron….

Loved location and views of the sea! Beds were comfortable and rooms very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooftop terrace is fantastic! Short walk into the Calenques national park.

We had two sea view rooms that were so small (just enough room to walk around the beds) that we had little space to store clothes and suitcases, but it was fine for a few days!

Good central spot to stay in the heart of Cassis for a price.

Location was fabulous, bed was comfortable, view was outstanding & staff was very helpful and kind.

Room was very small, carpet in halls and rooms (all white) were a bit tired and dirty, breakfast was mediocre. Stay was pricey but that's the cost of staying in the French Rivera!

Perfect

Prime location overlooking the old port and the quayside restaurants of Cassis. Recently updated beautifully, the rooms are stunning. Could not recommend this hotel more highly. The Cafe Liautaud on the ground floor is a great place to sit with a beer and watch the world go by, and the rooftop cocktail bar is fabulous.

Not a negative, but we didn't have breakfast at the hotel - because it was 25 euros and all we wanted was a coffee and a croissant.

Best service in a beautiful hotel with access to everything and beautiful views.

We simply have to praise this hotel for the excellent stay we had here. The room was beautiful, clean and fitted for every comfort. The balcony offered a beautiful view and the aircon was a wonderful reprieve from the relentless August heat. But, what made our stay so excellent was the staff and their care and support when we had a medical emergency, needed an ambulance and 2 extra nights. We cannot thank the team enough for their wonderful service and consideration in time of emergency.

One very small thing, that would go a long way is a mini fridge to keep water cold but really, not a deal breaker as rooms are cold and airconditioned.

The location was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The internet did not work except in the breakfast room where it was intermittent. The breakfast was not very good - no croissants or fresh baguette and no eggs for boiling. The sliding door in the bathroom in our room did not work easily. I got stuck in it and needed assistance on the other side to pull it open.

Great location, below basic hotel

The location is incredible! Right by the port and the view was stunning. I booked a room with a balcony & view and it's worth the extra money. But that's it. The hotel is below basic. There's no safe, fridge or coffee/tea maker. The bed is very uncomfortable, the carpet is dirty and the room had a bad smell - I was told it's from the bathroom.

The AC didn't work in the first room they gave me and had to change rooms in the morning. I was given a superior room which was worse than the original one. On my 3rd day, I had a room move I was not told about. I stayed for 3 days in 3 different rooms.

The location is absolutely outstanding. You're literally in the centre of everything. Staff were very helpful and nice.

The room was basic which is fine because it's fairly cheap. However the bathroom door wouldn't close and there was no wifi in our room which was frustrating.
