Beautiful location and great staff. Severtina in the bar/restaurant is such an asset to the hotel.
The men’s toilets on the second floor by the age man room stunk four days i was there. Lift out of service in the Ascot building for my entire stay.

Excellent location, facilities and grounds. Room was small, but functional.
Breakfast was in a small room whilst renovations take place. We were asked to book a time slot on arrival. We turned up on time, then had to wait 40 minutes to be seated. There were only 2 staff working that we could see, so tables were sat empty and uncleared whilst we were waiting to be seated. Once seated, we again had to wait for service due to the shortage of staff. No plates or restocking on the self service area.
There were two staff on reception happily chatting whilst we were queueing - perhaps they could've helped the situation by briefly assisting the dining staff, which were clearly struggling only a few feet away...
