I am staying in one of the best rooms, but unfortunately there are several issues:
1. No slippers were provided, and the floor feels slightly sticky.
2. Water from the shower area easily overflows. If too much water accumulates, it can even flow into the bedroom.
3. The bath towels provided have visible stains on them.
4. We were promised a separate bed, but it has not been prepared.

We stayed in Richmond before leaving Europe and UK via Heathrow . Nice location with shops and parks and on the River Thames. The staff could not be friendlier. Simple but great accommodation at the hotel as we had a room facing the street. This wasn’t a problem. Room even had a big copper tub. Everything was comfortable.

Our 2 year old daughter loved it, travelling with young ones can be stressful, which is why a team.tjat help.to.take the load of really makes all.the difference. Friendly and considerate, great location, will revisit for sure.
Little touches like offerimg to.pt8nt favourite chracters for colouring in, offering the fixed menu at dinner when there was some confusion over whether it was available, but then offering it anyway.
Very gd breakfast and dinner.
Bar area very laptop friendly during the day to work / take meetings.
Gentle fire always burning.
Very nicely finished.
Moved us into much larger room as was free, 2 yr old daughter loved the copper bath.
Views of Thames yet right next to centre of Richmond.
