    Hi location is outstanding near to river ,next to shops ,no parking only local ncp £25 day Tube station 5 min walk takes you to to London central Reception Farhan very helpful as I did realise a card needed to be hang on door to clean room new towels Farhan again helped me with. Plenty restaurants from pizzerias to Scott’s on the river Nice time and a helpful member of staff Thankyou ***

    Very comfortable bed and pillow, aircon works great. Good location near Richmond train station. Small room, but ok for a short stay. Has free wifi for 30 min only, you need to pay for 24hrs wifi access.

    Buses stop directly outside the hotel and their engines vibrating can be felt inside. Had a room which had a mouldy smelling air-con and was offered air-freshener. No thanks!
